Bombaby Sapphire Gin has crowned Remy Savage as the world’s most imaginative bartender.
In it’s third year of competition Bombay Sapphire, the worlds number one premium gin, chose England as the location of it’s final, meaning that finalists had to create a cocktail inspired by the location.
Remy Savage beat 14 other competitors in the final, with competitors coming from America, Mexico, Japan and even South Africa. But he won over the judges with Paper Anniversary , a cocktail made with homemade paper syrup. Anyone who can manage to add the taste of paper to a cocktail definitely deserves an award.

Remy has not only won the title of Most Imaginative Bartender but also a place in the Cocktail Hall of Fame in Bombay Sapphire ‘s soon to open distillery in Hampshire. Remy was inspired to create the unique cocktail after the finalists were given a tour of the distillery and learning about its history.
