Taste of London: The Festive Edition has transformed Tobacco Dock into the ultimate foodie wonderland and will be opening its doors next week (19-22 November) for four days of festive food, drink and much more to really get you in the mood for Christmas.

Following on from the sell-out success of Taste of London in Regent’s Park in June, the winter edition offers all the incredible features you would expect from Taste Festivals, with a more boutique feel, and a festive twist.

Feast on the most wonderful food…

Tastebuds will tingle as the event showcases some of the latest, greatest and most innovative restaurants in London, who will all be serving taster size portions of their incredible dishes. This year’s restaurant line-up is the best to date with Café Spice Namasté, Hix, Kurobuta, Club Gascon, Pont St, Tredwell’s, Tom’s Kitchen, maze Grill, Molé Taco Bar, Ametsa with Arzak Instruction, M and The Truscott Cellar. Make sure you come hungry!

Action Against Hunger will be returning with their 5* Restaurant bringing Dan Doherty, Steve Groves, Vivek Singh, Francesco Mazzei and Sabrina Ghayour as their 5* chefs.

Following an incredible debut at Taste of London in Regent’s Park, The Daily Special will also be appearing at Tobacco Dock for the first time. This exciting pop-up hosts a different London hot spot each day of the event, featuring Snaps + Rye, Shotgun BBQ, John Doe and Paradise Garage.

Finally – no festive event would be complete without something a little sweet.  Brand new for 2015 is The Dessert Bar which will feature festive twists on incredible sweet treats from Lily Vanilli, Meringue Girls, Maitre Choux and Chin Chin Labs.

This year’s event will be brimming with new, exciting and festive features, with something for every die-hard food fanatic to enjoy…

More Sir…

Get up close and personal with top chefs, well-known foodies and award-winning restauranteurs at A Question of Taste, a series of intimate Q&A sessions taking place on Saturday and Sunday. Come along to listen and learn, or come prepared with questions of your own, as each session will give visitors the chance to grill the special guests live on stage.

Graffiti and fine dining? Yes please! Thursday and Friday will see some of the UK’s top street artists in action, creating one-off pieces inspired by the capital’s exciting food scene.  The specially commissioned artworks will be on display over the weekend for visitors to enjoy.

On Thursday and Friday sessions, DJ Sets from Club de Fromage and Rock The Belles will entertain the after work crowd with further pop up music performances set to take place across the four days of the festival.

When you think Christmas, I am sure the Pogues come to mind, the iconic band will be releasing a Whiskey at Taste of London, be sure to pop by to give it a taste.

Finally – with the biggest Food and Drink Markets to date and brand new Christmas Gift Rooms, the event promises to be a one-stop shop for Christmas shopping.
