Streetlines is a creative campaign aiming to encourage Londoners to replace public transport onto walking in a daily commute throughout the City. The project would be physically displaying iconic tube lines on the streets of London, in a way that it would be guiding travellers on the roads between tube stations. This physical reminder of walking distance between stations would also act as a guide for tourists to the closest tube. Imagine not having to stop every 5 seconds while walking to Leicester Square. Streetlines are aimed to encourage and to inform commuters about healthier and more enjoyable ways to complete their journey around London.

The project was designed by 22-year-old Jamie Quantrill, who’s currently studying graphic design at Falmout University in the UK. Jamie enjoys all aspects of graphic design and is particularly envious of work which features wit and relevant humour.
