Chef Nick Fasone has combined the classic carnival treats of cotton candy and churro’s to create this new galaxy-esque foodie hybrid.

Fasone, owner of  The Naughty Churro   and known as the ‘Grubfiend‘ created them in the lead up to the 626 Night Market, LA which will take place from the 22-24 July.

The pastry is fried and technicolor cotton candy crystals are added, the mixture is swirled as if it were spun sugar and edible glitter, butterflies and ice-cream are introduced to the decadent dessert almost turning it into a sandwich structure.
