Spanish artist Conrad Roset wonderfully uses illustration to capture the beauty of women. In his signature linear style, Roset typically uses pen to delicately draw out the female form, and then interestingly applies watercolour in swatches, drips and splashes. This mixing of mediums comes as no surprise, with the artist having spent his early years in his native town Terrassa nurturing his love of art by experimenting with everything from crayons to felt-tips and paints. In turn, Roset’s work is both vibrant and intimate- with the subjects often appearing unclothed, each piece seems to offer a glimpse into a personal feminine sphere.
