Izaki Group To Launch New Property Scheme in Shoreditch

The Izaki Group is pleased to announce the launch of the Long and Waterson property scheme in East London, available this Spring 2018. The scheme will consist of 119 brand new apartments in Shoreditch, ranging in size, from one to four bedrooms and starting from £675,000.

Lior Rabinovitz is the CEO of Izaki Group Investments and has previously delivered property projects in Eastern Europe and Israel before overseeing the Long and Waterson development in Shoreditch.

In the heart of Shoreditch, the site was originally built in 1958 as bespoke workshops for furniture-markers and carpenters and more recently by artists, photographers, fashion designers and textile makers. This industrial past has been skilfully incorporated into the design of the New York-style apartments aimed at executives of the nearby legal district and booming tech industry, coinciding with the launch of Amazon’s new London headquarters located less than one mile away.

The development bridges between Long Street and Waterson Street in the E2 area and consists of two restored workshop buildings as well as the newly-built Waterson building. In the Long Street part of the scheme, the original critall window settings have been restored to bring in natural light, with all the penthouses and the gym bringing in light through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The scheme has sourced a mix of international experience and local partners to stimulate the Shoreditch economy. A team of international designers has carefully selected the interior specification of the apartments to create an understated, quality feel. With Italian designed kitchens by Poliform, Miele appliances and London-based Waterworks ironmongery, the team has strived to create unique spaces with the highest quality fixtures.

The outdoor space has been designed by Clerkenwell-based landscape architect Alexandra Steed. The gardens are split across four levels and include a sunken garden, podium deck and upper sundeck. Inspired by the New York High Line, the upper sundeck offers the perfect sanctuary for relaxing and enjoying the impressive city views. Lush planting and climbers create invigorating spaces across all of the gardens, with a living ‘green wall’ being a focal point.

Much like the workspaces across Tech City that encourage collaboration, the communal spaces of Long & Waterson are designed for conversation. On entering the The Waterson building, you will be greeted by the 24-hour concierge, and a library space in which to meet your neighbours, greet guests, or just relax with a book. Other amenities include a gym, sauna, treatment rooms and private cinema.

The site is located within two minutes’ walking distance of Hoxton Station, and with Shoreditch High Street, plus Spitalfields market and Columbia road flower market all nearby, residents will never be short of entertainment. The development is just a 15-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station which, with the imminent arrival of Crossrail, is set to transport customers across London with record speed.

Prices at Long & Waterson start from £675,000 through Knight Frank. More info at: https://longandwaterson.com/
