If you have heard about all the benefits of mindfulness but don’t know where to start then this is the course for you.

Harvard Business School and INSEAD have highlighted meditation as one of the two most effective business tools for twenty-first century executives. It has been proven that a regular meditation practice can enhance creative thinking, reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, and enhance focus. And if that is not enough it has been proven that people who practice regularly live longer, happier and healthier lives!

This course has been specifically designed for the busy London lifestyle offering you a 60 minute class once a week to introduce the practices, understand the principles and experience the benefits of mindfulness in action.

Commit to this course and you will quickly see improvements in your reduced stress, enhanced productivity, mental agility and your overall wellbeing.

Monday evenings from 6:15 – 7:15pm at 14-22 Elder Street, E1.
