In this talk, Freddie Sorensen (Rebel Lectures/Rebel Bingo) explains how getting ridiculously depressed was the best thing that ever happened to him. It wasn’t fun, but it was enriching. It allowed him to learn things about himself that he never would have otherwise learned. It made him a better, more useful, more fulfilled person. And it gave him a set of tools to help him get to where he wants to go.
It’s a talk about seeing the good bits about being a bit dark.
This talk is a follow on from Depression for Beginners but you don’t have to have seen the other talks in the series for it to make sense.
