enthusiasts, Coup d’Etat is a night that promises to keep the emphasis on quality underground electronic music by bringing forward thinking DJs and producers with a pure love for their craft into the limelight.
The night launches on Wednesday 9th January at the recently opened Shoreditch Butchery. Located above XOYO on Cowper Street the recently opened low-lit drinking den brings a touch of the New York underground to Shoreditch and is fast becoming recognised as one of the “must be seen in” venues in East London.
Joining Matt at the helm is Stewart Read. A purveyor of futuristic deep and tech grooves, Stewart brings his experience of two decades of dance music culture to the table. Well known for creating a stir on the dance floor, Parisian upstarts Filthy French are becoming highly regarded for their trademark filthy underground sound which has seen increasing popularity in London venues over the last 12 months. Completing the launch line up is newly appointed FrenchDJRadio.com resident and veteran “Paris by Night” podcaster Def Bond.
A midweek house party not to be missed, city slickers and socialites alike will welcome the opportunity to relax and hobnob with minimal fuss in this funky industrial setting.
