Izzy’s Daughter is a folk noir/acoustic singer songwriter with a nostalgic desire for love and loss. Influenced by Celtic and other worldly sounds, the other worldly rawness of her material seeps under your skin, challenging your emotions in an honest, haunting sort of way. Recorded at The Premises Studios in East London earlier this year, the debut album ‘Autumn Flowers’ is out now; a beautiful concoction of her early and most current material, ranging from the epic ‘Autumn Flowers’ to the stripped down and equally seductive beauty that is ‘Tinkerbell’. From moody cello’s to ghostly harmonies, listeners are in for a real treat.

Currently based in London, Izzy’s Daughter is currently writing her second album and expanding her live shows with the addition of string players. Previous show’s include venues such as Norwich Waterfront, the Natural History Museum, BBC Suffolk, EPIC TV studio’s and The Water Rats. Influences: Celtic/worldly music, Loreena McKennit, Stevie Nicks, Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Clannad… the list is eclectic and never ending.
