For the Love of Italy: The House of Peroni makes a return to London’s East End

Go on an Italian adventure on the streets of London as The House of Peroni returns to the capital this summer, taking up residency at Proud East in Haggerston from 19 May- 1 July. Entitled Amare l’Italia – For the Love of Italy – the six week long event will take visitors on a delightful gastronomic journey, exposing them to some of the most successful and creative talent from the Mediterranean hotspot.

This year’s Master of Taste is the critically acclaimed Francesco Mazzei, currently chef patron at the Sartoria restaurant in Mayfair – inspired by cooking from the Southern region of Italy, Mazzei will be rustling up dishes that pay homage to the rich ingredients from his homeland. You’ll be able to wash all of that down with creations from the Master of Mixology, award winning Simone Caporale, who will be producing an eclectic range of Peroni Nastro Azzurro infused drinks. There will even be a host of culinary master-classes that you can attend and a fully stocked Italian deli, should you wish to make whatever you knock-up in your kitchen at home a bit more bellissimo.
