Bull’s-Eye, which has been taking barbecues to the next level in America since 1985, is opening the world’s first meat massage joint this week at the Truman Brewery, Thursday 23rd & Friday 24thMay.
Know your rib-eye from a rack of ribs and like taking flavour to the extreme? Well, meat lovers – get excited. Learn how to lavish some tenderizing loving care to your choice of cuts as American BBQ sauce expert Bull’s-Eye is bringing the world’s first ‘Meat Massage Joint’ to the UK. That’s right. MEAT MASSAGE!
Held at a pop-up installation in the Truman Brewery from 23rd – 24th May, BBQ lovers will get to select their favourite cut and have a team of meat masters massage and pound their joint of choice to perfection. The process breaks down tough fibres, helping the meat melt in your mouth and not turn to mush. We like to call it TLC – Tenderizing Loving Care.
The cuts will then be paired and smothered with one of Bull’s-Eye’s bold, flavour-packed sauces or glazes to finish the job. But meat lovers will need to be quick. Only one hundred free cuts of meat will be available each day of the pop-up and will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
During the event, the Bull’s-Eye Cook Strong Clan will be on hand to share tips to meat lovers on the importance of massage, pairing meat with the best flavours and how preparation is the key to great tasting cuts that pack a punch.
