Italian artist Giuseppe Pepe has ongoing project trending on Instagram titled #LoosingMyMind. The images Pepe, better known as Pepedsg, has digitally manipulated, where he “decapitates” the heads of others to see what people would look like without their head: “We all often loose our head for something or someone, it may happen every day or at least once in a life time,” said Pepe. Such inspiration lead him to wonder what “we’d look like without out heads, without our body engine?”
Already garnering nearly 5000 “Igers,” the Instagram community has responded positively to the project. He’s encouraging his followers and the community at large to participate in the latest venture.
