This September will see award-winning restaurant Chino Latino launch an unlimited sushi brunch served every Sunday, for just Ā£25 per person. Guests will be able to enjoy endless sushi in the glass fronted, Thame-side restaurant, with fabulous sweeping views up the Thames to the Houses of Parliament complemented by the beautiful new menu from Executive Chef Werner Seebach. His considered new offering celebrates a mix of wild, exotic flavours as well as much-loved sushi classics, laced with Latino flourishes from Peruvian cuisine.
The menu includes sushi favourites such as salmon Sashimi, tuna Nigiri and miso soup which sit alongside a selection of beautiful Dim Sum, such as the Foie Gras chicken Sui Mai and crisp vegetable gyozas. The fusion menu also includes beef taquitos, a selection of vibrant salads and some larger mains, such as a fried aubergine dish and crispy duck, served classically with spring onions and hoisin sauce, as well as balanced vegetarian options.
Brunch is best enjoyed with cocktails, and there are plenty of zingy serves toĀ order from the Latino bar, which also has a considered wine menu. Drinks highlights include a vibrant Passion Fruit Martini or a classic Old Fashioned. Non alcoholic options include the Momo ā peach, coconut, lime, guava, and Orange Is The New Black, a sharp smash of orange, lemons and blackberries. The bar also has an extensive selection of sake, each with a brief description and pairing suggestion, for an authentic sushi experience. Those looking for something light and effervescent to pair with brunch might try Shirakaberuga ā a lively sparkling junmai; or those looking for something more traditional may enjoy Asahi Kubota-Senju, which can be served either hot or cold.
