Colours Hoxton Announces Brand New Food Residency: SANGSA

Korean soul/fusion food providing the perfect accompaniment to evenings at Shoreditch’s vibrant hub of culture and dining experiences.

Colours Hoxton is delighted to announce details of a brand new food residency from acclaimed newcomer on the UK food scene, Sangsa, bringing their authentic Korean Soul/Fusion food to evenings at Shoreditch’s Colours Hoxton from Saturday 1st October.

After establishing and launching during the first UK lockdown in Brighton, Sangsa ( “ 상사” roughly translating to “bossman”) has emerged as an essential new force in modern culinary cuisine. Curated by Head Chef Ziyo, its menu taps into food cultures from around the world and after growing from a word-of-mouth service, operating out of a kitchen in Brighton, it now finds itself as a celebrated must for those looking for a fresh take on Korean cuisine in the UK food market.

Offering a range of clean soul food inspired by tastes and textures from Korean culture fused with moreish street food – the result is a rapturously reviewed taste sensation. From freshly fried Chicken Tenders and Pulled Chicken Burgers, to Cauli Wings, Korean Slaw, slow-cooked Jackfruit Burgers + Loaded Fries all served with mouth-watering sauces that range from the tangy and spicy, to garlic + aioli, sesame, satay, bulgogi and more – one bite makes it clear that Sangsa is the perfect partner for unforgettable nights on Hoxton Square at Colours Hoxton.

Sangsa begins its residency at Colours Hoxton on Saturday 1st October, just in time for an unmissable few months at Colours Hoxton in filled with incredible live music, unrivalled club nights and a stunning selection of cocktails + drinks that make it not only the perfect place to begin your night after a long-day at work, but the best place to end it too.
