A delicious five-course menu will be served, including a glass of Taittinger Brut Champagne accompanied with Rock Oyster Thermidor, glazed with sharp English Cheddar. Additional courses include Sous Vide Partridge with Parsnip Tart, served with beetroot cream & lemon thyme jus, rich and tasty Beef Wellington with Jerusalem artichoke puree and port wine jus, and to finish an indulgent Dark Chocolate Fondant with cherry anglaise & white chocolate cream.

Ring in the New Year with a glass of Champagne or one of Mama’s carefully crafted and vibrant cocktails. Highlights include the electric blue Hula Hula with Blued Citron Vodka, tropical fruits and coconut cream, topped with fuchsia flower and dragon fruit. A selection of Mama’s Cocktail Jugs are also available for groups of party friends including the Cosmo Jug and popular Pornstar Martini Jug.
