A glorious music venue snuggled into the heart of Hoxton. The Macbeth is a haggard old party pub that has been host to some of the most exciting artists, DJs and club nights in town. The likes of Florence and the Machine, Gallows, Annie Mac, Pete Doherty, Toddla T, Gang Of Four, Roots Manuva, Fucked Up, IS TROPICAL, Drums Of Death. At this time it was called “The Cattle and the Shoulder of Mutton” whose customers were mainly drovers who had brought their livestock from East Anglia to sell at market. There final resting place before taking their cattle and sheep into the city would be London Fields.
