Inventor Of The Belgian Praline Unveils Giant Handcrafted Chocolate Statue Of Big Ben

Neuhaus, the inventor of the Belgian praline, has opened a new boutique in St Pancras International. To celebrate, the Maître Chocolatiers of Neuhaus have created a chocolate version of the iconic Big Ben, made from 45kg of Neuhaus dark Belgian chocolate. The handcrafted statue which stands at over one meter tall, took the renowned team over 100 hours to create and will be available to view exclusively at Neuhaus St Pancras International.

The showstopper, made entirely from delicious Belgian chocolate, is inspired by London’s iconic Big Ben. Hand-adorned with four clock faces, dials and delicate lifelike windows, the statue is not only impressive in size, but a visual masterpiece too.
In store, you can discover an assortment of more than 60 refined Belgian chocolates. The chocolates are all made with the finest ingredients of natural origin, composed with the utmost care by the Neuhaus Maître Chocolatiers. Each praline is graced with its own shape, flavour and name. All Neuhaus chocolates are made in Belgium, in their ateliers in Brussels.

What’s more, to celebrate the opening, those who visit the store from today will receive a special chocolate gift.
