You have just announced your starting a new event Feast in Shoreditch, what is your ethos surrounding the parties?
It’s not a new event we have been running 2 years now but have just recently started our weekly residency at 93 feet east.
Events like Krush have has a huge strong hold around the Shoreditch area, what is it about Shoreditch that makes for great partying?
There’s such a diverse mix of people and there is always something going on.
Did you have any inspiration leading into creating Feast?
We just wanted a place where we could play the music we loved.
What can you tell us about the location of Feast?
93 feet east is located right in the heart of brick lane which is a fantastic location, it has a great sound system and one of the best terraces in the area, perfect for the summer. And it is always free entry so a great place to just start the day as we open from 3pm.
Can you tell us a bit about your booking policy on Feast??
We book people right across the board from Robert Dietz and Ilario Alicante to Dj T. and Lee Foss. Where as most parties seem to stick to one genre of house, we mix it up over the course of the day. From the deeper dubbier sounds to the new disco style beats.
If you had to pick your favourite line up or an event to look out for, what would that be?
Really looking forward to Sonar, such a good mix of parties and venues.
If you had all the money to put on a line up that would celebrate Feast truly, what would it be?
It would have to be a festival to fit in all the Dj’s we would want on a dream line up
Finally where would you like to see Feast in a years time?
Planning a Festival for sure…
