2013 has been a great year for cinema – the incredible Gravity, the charming The Great Gatsby and of course Ron Burgundy’s much anticipated return in Anchorman 2. Having collaborated with Print Club London to produce this collection of limited edition prints inspired by the hits of 2013, Electric Cinema commissioned some of London’s most prominent illustrators to take part in the project.

Designer Ed Wood was inspired to begin the collaboration after the popular demand for his weekly illustrated film posters for the cinema. He chose to work with artists Hattie Stewart, whose vibrant, playful illustration has lead her to working with clients such as Urban Outfitters, Dazed Digital and YCN, Anthony Burrill’s whose typographic designs have been used by Wallpaper* and the London Underground, and award-winning studio HelloVon.
