A billboard in Old Street, is set to be given a fresh look every day this week  as street artist and illustrator, Hammo adds some tasty new images. Each day, the respected illustrator and mural designer will be creating a new graffiti image based on products from Greggs’ new sandwich range, for what the food-on-the-go retailer has described as its first ever ‘Fresh Billboard’. The event has been developed to mark the official launch of Greggs’ new range of sandwiches including its new under-400 calorie Balanced Choice offering, as it continues its growth in the food-on-the-go market.

A spokesperson for Greggs, said: “Hammo’s distinctive work has been commissioned for a diverse collection of projects over the past few years, so we are delighted to be adding our fresh tasty sandwiches to his portfolio. “We freshly prepare our sandwiches in each shop every day, so why not make our billboards every day?!”

Visitors to the billboard will be encouraged to guess which sandwich is being created each day, entering their vote via Twitter, for a chance to win a range of prizes. The new range of over 30 sandwiches includes a variety of freshly developed flatbreads, baguettes, sub-rolls and rustics with a variety of fillings from firecracker chicken to Moroccan vegetable. #FreshBillboard can be found at 276 Old Street / Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3DQ or online at www.greggs.co.uk/freshbillboard
