In the wake of Charlie Hebdo, Paris was standing for liberty , equality, fraternity, unity and tolerance. The March was the meeting point for all the people, no matter their religion , their colour or neither their social class. People coming from all over the world, was standing for those values in their truest sens, far from the hypocrisy of their leaders.
In this days of mourning Bon Entendeur , a group of french Djs famous for their mixs’ introductions -which sample great movies’ talks or great speeches- paid tribute to all the victims with a great Mix called “Charlie”. This mix tells the story of the past week. At the begining we can here a deeply sad beat with samples of the victims’ loved ones words. It translate all the emotion of the early week. After five minutes , the beat goes up, a piano solo flares up the record and we can find the unity and the ardour that touched everyone after this historical march.
Music is a means of expression that we have to keep safe.
