Cath Kidston Creates A Field Of Flowers To Celebrate Mother’s Day

Cath Kidston did a huge Southbank takeover ahead of Mothers Day. They built a ‘Field of Flowers’ compiled of 4000 pink and white gerberas (that’s 60,000 petals and 250 man hours to build) which were arranged in their token polka-dot print. Commuters on their way to work along the Thames were invited to come and pick their own bunch of flowers from the field for their #BloominMarvellousMum. _ABU8496, 8496EDITORIAL USE ONLY<br /><br /><br /> Floral artist, Chris Naylor puts the finishing touches to the Cath Kidston 30-metre squared field of flowers in the style of their well-known polka dot print, in central London, to celebrate mums across the UK ahead of this Sunday’s Mothers Day.
