Memento Scents is small, independent online perfumery specialising in organic, vegan, gender-neutral perfume oils. Memento’s mission is to provide “Our mission is to provide an innovative and ethical alternative to ordinary ethanol-based perfumes”. They create their products using nothing but essential oils, absolutes and resins meaning their perfumes are friendly to all skin-types and contain no animal products – even their solid perfumes are made using carnauba wax instead of beeswax – and no GMOs.
The company’s production methods pay testament to their name with each perfume being inspired by memory and nostalgia, books, music and travel. All their scents invoke quality over quantity, and are hand-blended and bottled in small batches, tested on humans to make sure that they are non-allergenic, and above all, cruelty-free.
