Double is a new social app that allows you and your friend to discover new people nearby and meet pairs that you fancy.
The idea behind the app is that it is more fun, less awkward and safer. You and your friend can meet your potential prince charmings as a pair rather than rendezvousing with random strangers alone.
We have all had our fair share of awkward encounters here at Made In Shoreditch so Double comes as a welcome relief to this modern day dilemma. The worst that can happen is you have a fun night out with your partner in crime.
The app definitely seems to be taking off here in London. According to The Times it has received 8,000 downloads a week since its launch.
