Turtle Bay Dalston – a restaurant/bar in the Dalston Square development near Dalston Junction station has launched with a fan-fair of dazzling cocktails and tasty dishes.

Already popular in south and west London, Turtle Bay Dalston is in a prime location for east London foodies to feast and dine in warm and inviting atmosphere.

A menu highlight to enjoy includes their tempting Jerk chicken, served with coconut traditional rice and peas, all washed downed with their classic rum punch, which is made with their signature ‘1,2,3,4’ method: one shot of sour, 2 shots of sweet, 3 shots of strong (rum) and 4 shots of weak.

Vegetarians don’t have to miss out on the fun either, they have a selection of dishes perfect for a filling yet healthy meal – best dish being the Rastafarian Vegetable Rundown.

The most memorable sweet treats on offer are the freshly baked rum and raison bread pudding and the delicious banana and toffee cheesecake.

However, what makes Turtle Bay menu truly unique is the fact that they take influence from all of the caribbean islands not just Jamaica with flavours from Barbados, Trinidad and more.

There’s a bar in the centre of the restaurant for those who prefer nibbles and cocktails, meaning guests will still be at the heart of the action.

The bar staff really know their stuff and will be able to to talk you through each cocktail’s ingredients in detail, so it’s easy to pick one that suits your taste best.

Music is played throughout the evening, boasting a mixture of reggae classics and modern hits, making it the perfect venue for celebrations and birthdays.
