As the streets began to fill with musicians for Austin’s famous music festival South by Southwest, so did it’s murals. Madsteez and several other longtime members of a group of local and international street artists called POW! WOW! took Texas by storm and left the city with a new lineup of murals to go along with the lineup artists. The colorful pantings fit perfectly with the city’s flavor. Each one has individual character with a vibrancy that speaks to the city’s lively people. Full of music and art, Austin beats to a new drum with these interesting murals.
