Usually in a beautiful site, we look up. There is always so much to see, whether is be a painted ceiling, a tall building or a beautiful bird. What we don’t often do is look down.

Photographer Sebastian Erras saw the stunning floors of Paris and decided to capture the art millions of people walk on everyday. His work is known for finding symmetry, which is represented perfectly in his series “parisianfloors.” It  is also currently an Instagram account that he runs. Each image shows his feet, to provide perspective, and the stunning tiles of the floor.

Take a look at some our favorite pieces!
