Maria Svarbova is Slovakian-born artist. After graduating from conservation – restoration and archaeology in 2010, she decided to get into photography.
Her newest project SWIM is featuring photographs taken in a way that is resembling a watercolours painting.
Maria earlier photographs are inspired by a dream and reality with a little touch of Surrealism and Art Nouveau. Her latest work however, focuses on minimalism and purity that is aimed to deliver a message and trigger viewers emotions.
In her distinctive photography, Maria has also taken part into numerous collaborations and has won prestigious awards. She has also won the gold medal of excellence in the biggest photography saloon (TRIERENBERG SUPER CIRCUIT) that take place in Austria.
