Animals are beautiful creatures, but very rarely do we get to see them up close.
In photographer Antti Viitala’s series “Creatures,” she captures stunning details of the glorious animals of the world. From lions to owls, she allows the viewers to experience a new perspective that we would not be able to experience without the technology of a zoom lens. Using stunning black and white contrast, she was able to enhance the texture of each creature, speaking to the beauty and contrast from one being to another. These moments capture the silent impressiveness of the natural world and encourage us to pay attention to life’s little details; in that we will find beauty.
