Humans and nature have interacted for centuries. It’s inevitable that these interactions will somehow effect those – specifically animals – who don’t have a say in protecting their land.
Artist Zhao Na hand paints prints to create beautifully detailed prints of animals and how they are destructed by simple human interactions. With tigers being burned from cigarettes and bees being captured for honey, Na created a powerful statement through his work. Each image powerfully displays the future possibilities of extinction and what that can mean for humanity. Using vibrant colors speaks to the urgency of the issue.
