Drink: Premium protein brand Neat Nutrition will be providing post workout replenishment in their Refuel Café. You can also pull up a stool at the deliciously different dairy free MXLK Bar, and Ozone Coffee Roasters will be sharing their insights on the best nut milk pairings for your coffee. Fancy something harder? Balance Festival has got you covered, with bars dedicated to some of the finer things in life: prosecco and oysters and the best in artisan gin. Learn: Master the art of healthy cooking in the Live Cooking Theatre. Expect plant-based workshops from Bettina Campolucci of Bettina’s Kitchen, learn all there is to know about fermented foods with Irena Macri of Eat Drink Paleo, or find out how to use turmeric three ways with The Flexi Foodie, Julie Montagu. Join the ultimate Fitness Feast hosted by Zanna Van Dijk, and also featuring Healthy Chef Steph, The Food Medic, and Clean Eating Alice.
Sweat: Be introduced to a whole host of London’s best fitness offerings, from Another Space, Equinox and Barry’s Bootcamp to Boom Cycle, F45, Xtend Barre and Triyoga. Discover new workouts with taster sessions, or go all out with a Balance signature collision-style workout, paring two different instructors from completely different disciplines to create a workout perfectly choreographed to a live DJ set.
Forget what you thought you knew about meditation and get over your barriers with mindfulness. Learn how best to live in the moment and enjoy a more fulfilling life balance, with guided practice from the likes of Vedic Meditation expert Will Williams and inspirational talks on everything from body image to self-empowerment with experts such as global yogi and wellness warrior Michael James Wong and motivational speaker Jody Shield.
