The creators of the Daily Critter website have a new idea that will soon hit the market. What started out as a light-hearted website featuring “punny” character-creature the creators, Alberto Rodriguez and Moo Hyun Chung, had drawn up has now transformed into a business venture. Over 500 “critter puns” had been created over the past five years since the website’s beginning. But as life caught up with the creators, the website could only feature an occasional creature, as each critter is hand-drawn and colored. After deciding they wanted to make a product of out of the Daily Critters, thus the Daily Critter playing cards were born. Wanting to create something more than the original illustrations, the designers decided to draw the characters with water color and make a fun game within the deck of cards by guessing what the characters were.
