Little Architecture makes a big impression

It’s a simple rule; everything is always cuter when it’s miniature.

This rule applies to Emily Boutard’s mini architecture pieces, which displays various types of furniture significantly smaller. Boutard, who once was a full time lawyer, decided to quit her job and dive fully into her passion. She loves architecture history and draws inspiration from 19th century pattern books and historical texts. Her technique for creating the miniature changes depending on the what the piece requires which could include building things from scratch, repurposing kits, or just simply acquiring small objects.

Take a look at some of our favourite pieces!
