The Gantry Launches Vibrant New Menu, Stack & Match

East London hotel,  The Gantry, has launched its new vibrant sharing menu, Stack & Match, at all day restaurant Union Social.

The new sharing menu features delectable small plates including braised baby octopus with confit cherry tomato and crispy capers, tender pork keftedes with grilled chorizo and fresh tzatziki, and crushed organic fennel with a zingy sriracha sauce and lime. A variety of moreish sides are also available, such as rustic chips with rosemary and Maldon sea salt, and a rich mac n’ cheese. For the perfect sweet treat to finish, guests can enjoy a silky white chocolate panna cotta with a velvet berry granella, or a Hungarian gundel crepe, with walnut crème and chocolate sauce. 

Flanked on one side with an elegant cocktail bar and open kitchen and on the other with floor to ceiling windows and a huge wraparound terrace, the venue combines the ever-changing landscape of Stratford with an industrial-influenced interior.
