With the Rooftop season here in full force, Skylight Peckham has launched its new Ibiza Sounds and Garage Brunch Rooftop Party this July.
Launching on the 8th July, Skylight Peckham, the originator of rooftop events, is hosting an Ibiza Sounds Brunch, set to some of the biggest house tunes. Combined with impeccable BBQ and brunch dishes, this Summer event guarantees to transport visitors to the sun-drenched beaches of Ibiza.
This tropical brunch with a view will be soundtracked by the talented DJ Jem, well known from his nine year DJ residency at the renowned WE LOVE @Space in Ibiza. Jem played weekly in the Discoteca main room alongside the best in the business from Carl Craig, Derrick May & Jeff Mills to Joris Voorn, Disclosure & Paul Woolford. Outside of Ibiza, Jem has also played the best clubs in the UK: Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Back to Basics and more. Enhancing the electric atmosphere, Euphonica, Skylight’s long-standing entertainment partner, known for their expertise in curating exceptional musical experiences, ensures an unforgettable fusion of beats and rhythms that perfectly mimics a summer night out in Ibiza.
While guests take in the panoramic views from Canary Wharf to The London Eye, a range of refreshing cocktails are on offer, such as the Skylight Garden, a fruity smash with Beefeater Gin, St. Germaine, Peach, Apple, Soda, Mint and Cucumber or a zingy Tropical Rumble with Havana Spiced Rum, Mango Purée, Lime Juice and Red Bull Tropical.
To keep the summer vibes going, Skylight Peckham is also hosting a new Garage Brunch Rooftop Party on the 15th July. Set for over 200 Londoners to join in the mix with The Collective, delivering the biggest house, Old School and UK Garage tracks, this is the ultimate South London Summer party.
Guests can seek refuge from the dancefloor and feast on Chef Karan’s mouthwatering BBQ Shack favorites, located on Skylight Peckham’s wrap-around terrace which boasts the expansive city skyline. Succulent Piri Piri Chicken Legs, Lamb Kofta, Grilled Vegetables and Piri Piri Tenderstem Broccoli, are all served with fluffy Pita Bread, Spicy Rice and Greek Salad. Brunch classics are also on offer, including Crushed Avocado on Sourdough with Toasted Seeds, Nuts, Apricots, Baby Watercress and the crisp Belgian Waffles with Hennessy syrup and a variety of delicious toppings, including poached conference pears with smooth vanilla mascarpone, fresh smoked salmon with poached eggs and dill or a mighty portion of crispy chicken karaage with a sweet chilli pickle.
