Having sold out 4 days of public soft launch days in just 4 minutes, Sticks’n’Sushi are thrilled to announce that the doors to the new Shoreditch restaurant are now open for guests.

The new East London outpost marks the group’s first new restaurant this year and eleventh restaurant in the UK since their first restaurant in Wimbledon in 2012. The new restaurant and bar is perfectly located on Shoreditch High Street, in the heart of the neighbourhood, adjacent to One Hundred Shoreditch.

The striking bar serves as the focal point of the space, drawing inspiration from the vibrant culture of the local Shoreditch area, while maintaining the unmistakable essence of a Sticks’n’Sushi restaurant – a flawless blend of sophistication and modern style.

Sticks’n’Sushi have already forged strong relationships with their new neighbourhood, partnering with East London institution, Hackney Church Brew Co., to design and create their own brand of wheat beer. Hackney Church Brew Co. is an award-winning Micro Brewery and Taproom nestled beneath two railway arches on Bohemia Place, just a stone’s throw from Hackney Central station and a short distance from the new restaurant.

The Yuzu Lemon Wheat Beer (Hefeweizen) has a Japanese twist, using Yuzu to enhance the existing fruity and Bavarian wheat flavours, perfectly complementing the subtle orange and lemon undertones that make this beer so special. The perfect tipple to pair with Sticks’n’Sushi’s fresh Japanese fare.
