Pay a visit to Liverpool Street this month to try out nourishing Ayurvedic soups at Foodhak’s new pop up

This January, Londoners can warm up with a healthy, hearty soup pop up run by Foodhak, the medicinal meal delivery service. Available throughout, January and perfect for office lunches or a quick and easy dinner takeaway whilst still staying on track with the new year health kick, the pop up will offer three vibrant, hearty Foodhak soups: Ayurvedic Rasam, Tom Yum and Farmers Market soups.

Consistent with Foodhak’s ethos, each meal is packed full of nutrients benefiting the immune and digestive system, collagen production, and combatting tiredness and fatigue. Foodhak uses AI to accumulate health research data sets from thousands of academic sources to design wellbeing foods which can target specific diseases and deficiencies, all of which goes into its recipe creations. The specially curated soups are all available with 30% off for orders placed online with the code LSTREET30.

The Liverpool Street pop-up is located in Foodhak’s sister brand, Jugad’s first physical site in Finsbury Avenue, which opened in December. Jugad aims to address a gap in the Indian street food market by focusing on lighter options whilst remaining authentic.

Jugad Liverpool Street offers a completely new and authentic food experience. The shop, which is shared with Nyokee Pasta is just a 4-minute walk from Liverpool Street station and serves up unfussy, authentic street food including two new wraps: one filled with tandoori chicken, grilled veg and crispy fries, and the other with tamarind aloo gobi balls, mint and garlic chutneys. Customers will also find aromatic ‘not fried’ samosas, vegan Tikki Tikki Chaat (parsnip patty topped with tomato salsa) and Lamb Rogan Josh on the menu. Orders can be placed in the shop, via click and collect or Deliveroo.

Foodhak Founder Sakshi Chhabra Mittal says: “We’re really looking forward to offering our nourishing Ayurvedic ready-to-eat soups for the first time at a physical pop up and at a perfect time when Londoners are looking for a delicious lunch that doesn’t compromise on taste for health benefits. Foodhak is created by chefs and uses AI as a tool to develop personalised meal plans, and our whole ethos is to make delicious, nutritious food as simple as possible. Our subscriptions have been growing in popularity online but we’re excited to see how our first pop up goes down with hungry Londoners at Liverpool Street this month!”
