G: Tell us about you you do? What did inspire you to start?
I’m a British Sikh born and raised in West London. I guess that sounds normal to read at first? However I have a special talent that has taken me around the world and have met some very special people. I am an International magician who performs mind blowing magic to anyone who has crossed my path in life so far. It was back in 1999 when I saw David Blaine appear on UK tv for the first time, I was blown away! I wanted to be like him and learn that amazing magic he was performing. Ever since then I began researching magic in libraries and then eventually the Internet. This led me to practice the art through books and videos that were bought for me on my birthday and Christmas. Over the years my knowledge and performance has continued to excel leading to performances from Mum and Dad to A-list movie stars and celebrities.
G: What is innovative about what you do?
Magic is one of the oldest art forms that continues to live today. What makes it innovative is the artist himself. I like to take what is already out there and make it current. Society, trends and technology moves so fast in today’s world and I have to keep up with it with my magic, so that people can continue to be mesmerised. I also like to incorporate a great fashion sense that I believe is important to the whole package.
G: What were your most successful events so far or what projects did you enjoy the most so far?
I have been blessed to be able to travel the world and meet amazing people throughout. There have been many celebrities I have performed for, such as the Black Eyed Peas, Mark Ronson, members of the Pussycat Dolls, Chelsea football players (Chelsea Supporter) and Amitabh Bachchan. I’ve performed my magic in Dubai, Las Vegas, Thailand, Egypt at various events such as launch parties, private parties, weddings and award ceremonies. Each one of these experiences are special and unique in their own way to me.
G: Tell us a bit more about your upcoming events?
Majority of my events are all private. It’s a mix of corporate engagements, Wedding receptions, launch parties, plus many more. However when I have an exciting public event, it would be places like the Glastonbury festival. The best way to find out what’s coming up is to keep an eye out on my Facebook Page.
G: Who are your favorite artists?
My favorite artist and idol is David Blaine. Had I not seen his first ever show in the UK back in 1999, I probably would be not doing what I’m doing today. He’s not from around here, however if David lived in London, I can imagine him having a house made of playing cards in Shoreditch.
G: What are your favorite places in Shoreditch?
I’m a West London boy! So I hardly ever come to the East Side. However whenever when I am, I love going to the Box Park. It’s an array of contemporary shops and dining area with a fun and quirky feel to it, which I LOVE! Its almost like a micro home made Westfield shopping centre.
G: What does the future has in store for you?
The future is television for me. All I can say is to keep an eye out for me on your TV sets at home! You can track my activity via the social networks where I shall keep everyone up to date.
