KweekWeek is a platform helping its users find events and activities in a radical new way. Instead of looking for things to do in a big city such as London, the platform gets to know the users and suggests the most relevant events based on their tastes, location and social network – all in real-time.
Given the amount of opportunities available on a daily basis to connect Londoners to amazing events and experiences in every neighbourhood, we decided to create a one-stop shop where users could efficiently find what is or could be of interest to them.
With the right tool, we believe people would be much more willing to experience new and different things on a regular basis, so created an online tool for everyone to enhance their ‘offline’ social interactions.
G: What is unique about what you do?
We offer a unique approach when it comes to event websites, apps. Aside from allowing promoters/hosts to create their events, sell tickets, manage guestlists etc., we match their event to the relevant audience using the strong social element on our platform.
In addition, as mentioned, users receive personalised suggestions as opposed to a ‘one size fits all’ model, which has been the standard in most cases so far.
G: What would you say has been your most memorable experience while developing your business?
To get KweekWeek from an idea into a reality to which customers, businesses, investors and employees start believing in!

Proximity to a cool scene full of energy, events and new startups popping up constantly (rent is cheaper than Mayfair as well…!)

We hope to continue offering our growing user base the coolest event suggestions and see an increasing number of providers start offering their amazing activities on our platform. Next stop for us is NYC!
