If you’ve ever wanted to reenact the scene in Disney’s The Lion King when a young Simba reluctantly eats bugs, only to proclaim them “slimy yet satisfying” now is your chance.
Grub’s, who specialize in the delicate art of making creepy crawlies edible, will be hosting their first pop up event in Monikers, Hoxton Square from 5th – 8th March.
With crickets, mealworms and grasshoppers on the menu this is not for those among us with a queasy disposition, steel lined stomachs only.
Seven courses will be accompanied by a free bottle of Chang Thai beer or a glass of wine. There will be two seating’s each night with tickets costing £36.50 each.
