Word on the Water

Word on the Water is not your average bookstore. It is a 1920 Dutch riverboat transformed into a floating bookstore. The riverboat is permanently located on the Regent’s Canal Towpath and is home to hundreds of second-hand and new novels. It is open all year round—except on Christmas—and musicians often plan on the roof to walkers strolling the Regent’s Canal.
