With the myriad brunch options on offer for Londoners, finding an exciting offering isn’t always the easiest task. Luckily Skylight Peckham has recently launched it’s new Rooftop Hip Hop Brunch in partnership with Hennessy cognac, and the next brunch will be taking place this Saturday 4th March.
Following the success of the Moët Hennessy pop up bar at Skylight Peckham’s winter terrace, the brunch is an exciting development in the collaboration between the two brands. Combining Skylight’s delectable brunch offering with special Hennessy cocktails and incredible rooftop views, the brunch will be set to the soundtrack of nostalgic hip hop favourites. Chef Karan has developed an exciting new menu with some special Hennessy additions alongside familiar brunch favourites. Dishes include crisp belgian waffles with Hennessy syrup and a variety of delicious toppings, including poached conference pears with smooth vanilla mascarpone, fresh smoked salmon with poached eggs and dill, and chicken karaage with a sweet chilli pickle.
A linchpin of the UK hip hop scene for more than a decade, DJ Firestarr will be spinning the ultimate tracks to kick off the weekend, set against the breathtaking views of London’s skyline from Canary Wharf to The London Eye.
