New hidden speakeasy in London

Located in Fitzrovia, London, there is a new hidden speakeasy. This hidden bar is themed around 1950s Hong Kong and is centered around a Chinese romance novel.

It is themed on the 1957 novel “The World of Suzie Wong” by Richard Mason. Mason’s novel is a romance novel with a setting in 1950s Hong Kong. According to Lucy Wong’s website, Susie Wong’s daughter brings the charm of 1950s Hong Kong to London in their themed speakeasy.

Lucy Wong has recently released their April live music schedule featuring artists such as Ciara Haidar, John Robinson, George & Fran, and DJs Erika Thornley and Rory Phillips. Their music reflects the modern environment Lucy Wong’s bar is themed around. Live music plays on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, with DJs playing well into the weekend nights.

This Cantonese bar has cocktails and bar snacks available for a whole Asian dining experience. Their menu consists of meals from roast meats and dim sum that are shared plates. Lucy Wong’s sharing plates are available with a table as groups enjoy delicious cocktails.

Lucy Wong’s cocktail selection has classic and signature drinks and non-alcoholic options. In addition, Lucy Wong is bringing glam and exclusive parties to London.
