Hidden high above the busy city streets, Sabine offers stunning views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the London skyline. To mark the festive period, the bar has transformed into a seasonal spectacle. Beautiful decorations adorn the venue, with greenery and pine weaving throughout, alongside flashes of silver and sparkling disco balls to create the perfect party scene.
Guests can get into the Christmas spirit whilst sipping on fabulous winter cocktails including the ‘Breakfast Sour’ (Volcan infused with kumquat, crème de pêche, orange juice, maple syrup, lime juice, orange bitters and egg whites); the ‘Kahlo Kiss’ (Lost Explorer Espadin, Italicus, lime juice, cranberry and raspberry tea, cinnamon syrup, and egg white), and ‘Dusk & Dawn’ (Aber falls infused with plum and spices, Crème de figue and plum bitters).
On 31st December, Sabine will be inviting guests to celebrate the best moments of the past year in style with their New Year’s Eve bash. Partygoers can enjoy Ruinart champagne, cocktails, free-flowing canapés (from 8:30-10 PM), entertainment, and a live DJ. The menu of festive canapes will include Nduja spiced pork meatballs; Poached lobster; Beetroot cured mini salmon tacos, and Sweetcorn fritters. The evening will take place from 8pm-1am and the theme will be Reflections, so guests are encouraged to wear their best sparkles! Tickets are priced at £149pp (includes two glasses of champagne and canapés).
