You’ve probably heard the name 081 Pizzeria before. Founded by Naples-born Andrea Asciuti, the man behind Bravi Ragazzi, this pizza joint started as a pop-up back in 2021. Londoners quickly caught on, and soon enough, the first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Peckham opened in 2023. Now, Asciuti is bringing his game-changing 72-hour fermented dough to Great Eastern Street, right in the heart of Shoreditch’s thriving food scene.
