From July 24 – 27, the historic Château de Farcheville transforms into a living fairytale as Château Perché celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Set within a medieval castle recognised as a historic monument, this four-day festival blends immersive art, boundary-pushing music, and dreamlike decor, welcoming 6,900 attendees, 400+ international artists, and a universe of creativity across themed stages and fantastical realms.
This year’s theme, “Once upon a time there was a graphic fantasy utopia”, invites guests to become characters in an unfolding tale of color and costume. Each day features its own surreal dress code, from “Pyjamas in the Sky with Diamonds” to “Vermillon Love Legion”, setting the stage for genre-spanning performances from downtempo and house to amapiano, live bands, and psytrance. Immersive areas like Le Mirador de l’Amor and Le Jardin à la Française blur the line between reality and fantasy.
Beyond the music, the Exploration Village and La Cour d’honneur offer emotional workshops, healing sanctuaries, audiovisual storytelling, and a daily quiet zone — inviting guests to reconnect with themselves as much as with the experience. Deco plays a central role, turning every path and portal into an artwork of its own.
Château Perché is as sustainable as it is surreal: the festival is strictly vegetarian, uses reusable dishware, and runs eco-shuttles from eight cities to reduce its footprint. All attendees commit to a code of respect and inclusion, upholding the values of Ecology, Safety, Respect, and Awakening. This isn’t just a festival — it’s a shared dream for a better world.
