Cambalache – A Journey To Argentina’s Most Loved Wine, Music, Food and Art

Cambalache is an innovative immersive Argentine event which took place at MC Motors, East London a few nights ago. Cambalache took guests on a journey to Argentina’s most loved wine, music, food and art. A true forerunner in the developing trend towards immersive wine events, Cambalache returned bigger and better, after 2013’s debut sell-out event. Much more than just a typical wine tasting, the talented team behind it believe that wine isn’t just about the palate but should invoke all the senses. Guests enjoyed more than 120 of the finest wines from 24 of Argentina’s top wineries, whilst experiencing all the character and warmth that goes into producing it. There was also a groundbreaking Wine & Music Masterclass by sensory experts, Professors Barry Smith and Charles Spence (last seen on Heston Blumenthal’s Big Feast), who were on hand to wittily demonstrate the art of matching certain music with wine to enhance its taste.
