Sinner – An “Immersive Funhouse” is set to open in Hackney

Lollipop – the company behind some of the most fun immersive experiences of the capital (ABQ London, The Grid, The Bletchley  and The Bunyadi – the world famous naked restaurant) brings a new concept bar to London called Sinner.

The bar is located in Lollipop’s new “immersive funhouse” venue in Hackney which has a capacity of 200 and offers 4 different experiences.

Sinner is a shot bar with a twist. Patrons buy games token from the bar and are invited to play bespoke arcade games built by our in-house designers. The games are short and sweet and depending on the score and performance of the customer, it spits out the name of the shot they shall drink. The better they are at the game, the better the shot. Competition time!

Space Cactus, Desert Dash and Tortuga are some of the games the venue will host. Sinner has over 40 shots programmed into these games so customers can enjoy a variety when they are in the venue. We will be developing and adding more games as we go.

Sinner promises great fun time for its customers with DJ playing hip-hop and latin genre on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.

“People go to restaurants to eat, they go to a cafe to have a coffee but they don’t go to a bar to drink. They go to have fun. That is what I am aiming Sinner does… puts the fun back in going out” said Seb Lyall, founder of the immersive hospitality group Lollipop.

Sinner is located at 18 Bohemia Place, E8 1DU, Lollipop’s multi-functional new mega venue. ABQ London and Saint, our plant based pizzeria, are the other two brands sharing the space. An extended ABQ experience and a new menu is part of this space which opens its doors next week.

Sinner will accept guest on both walk-in and booking basis, however the latter is advised as the venue, which can hold up to 60 people, can get busy on peak times. Customers can reserve a 1h30m spot for £22 which includes 3 shots/games and another cocktail/drink. Sinner opens its doors to public on Aug 8th.
