onRedchurch is hosting its first winter festival celebrating fashion and creativity

onRedchurch is excited to announce WinterFest, its first winter festival celebrating fashion, creativity and seasonal offerings on Saturday 4 December, in conjunction with Small Business Saturday.
Pop up markets hosting local independent designers, makers and community groups will be situated on and around the Street. Retailers will also take part with a range of festive offers.
An indoor fashion market, hosted by Fashion First Events, will feature up-and-coming designers, giving them the opportunity to grow their fledgling businesses. Members of the East End Trades Guild will hold a makers’ market, with a wide range of products designed and created by local makers.
Sheila Kazi, founder of Fashion First Events says: “For fashion businesses to survive, it is very important to be able to showcase, sell your products and connect with your ideal clients. The best method to gain momentum for start-ups and small businesses is to sell their products in person in pop-ups and markets.”
Community is at the heart of WinterFest, so we are pleased to bring you gift-making and craft workshops by Oitij-Jo. This wonderful organisation promotes awareness and understanding of Bengali arts, crafts and cultural heritage.
Redchurch Street’s traders will provide festive flair with demonstrations from Allpress Espresso Bar; a wreath-making workshop by newcomers, Anatome; and a special evening of comedy, music and tarot readings from the Street’s quirkiest venue, fondue restaurant Bistrot Walluc.
With offers, giveaways and in store events from the likes of AESOP, Sweaty Betty, Sunspel, Burro e Salvia, Owl & Pussycat, Aime, Boone & Last, Toast and Murdock London, it’s a day not to miss. A full list of workshops and events will be updated at: www.onredchurch.com
